Century City Center

Advanced Construction Testing (ACT) provided comprehensive third-party building envelope testing services for the Century City Center project in Los Angeles, California. Services included water spray testing, air infiltration and water penetration testing of glazed storefronts and curtain walls (ASTM E783 & E1105), adhesion testing (ASTM D4541), AAMA 501.2 testing on curtain wall and balcony assemblies, electronic leak detection (ELD) on fluid-applied waterproofing systems, and offsite mockup observations.

ACT conducted multiple mobilizations to observe construction, verify system performance, and document findings with detailed reports including sketches, photographs, and recommendations for further testing or repairs.
