SOF Undersea Operational Training Facility

Advanced Construction Testing (ACT) provided third-party air barrier testing and observation services for the construction of two laboratory facilities in Pearl City, Hawaii, totaling 54,380 square feet. Services included on-site quality control observations, adhesion testing, and whole-building air leakage testing per ASTM standards, along with infrared thermography diagnostics. 

ACT delivered detailed field reports and testing results, ensuring compliance with project specifications and supporting Hensel Phelps in achieving a high-performance, airtight building envelope.
