Confidential Building Enclosure Testing

Advanced Construction Testing (ACT) was retained to provide third-party, water and air leakage testing for glazed aluminum curtain wall systems across three data center buildings in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Testing services included water spray testing per AAMA 501.2, air leakage testing per ASTM E783, and water penetration testing per ASTM E1105.

ACT’s scope anticipated three mobilizations (one day each), with two technicians conducting field testing, constructing interior pressurization chambers as needed, and delivering a written report of results (and any recommended follow-up repairs/testing) within five business days of testing.
