P855A BTC Boat Support Facility

Advanced Construction Testing (ACT) provided third-party air barrier testing services for the P855A BTC Boat Support Facility in Coronado, California. The project included the construction of a 26,310 SF boat support facility, a 600 SF addition to Building B637, and demolition of 23,074 SF of existing structures to support Naval Special Warfare Center training. 

ACT conducted whole-building air leakage testing, leak location diagnostics, and infrared thermography investigations in accordance with ASTM and ISO standards, delivering detailed reports to support Whiting-Turner Contracting Company in achieving a high-performance, airtight building envelope.
