P-946 Corrosion Control Hangar & Parking Facility

Advanced Construction Testing (ACT) provided third-party air barrier inspection and testing services for the construction of a new Type A high-bay corrosion control hangar and parking facility at Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, Oahu, Hawaii. Services included limited design review, mock-up and construction-phase site observations, adhesion testing, and whole-building air barrier testing per ASTM standards, including infrared thermography diagnostics. 

ACT delivered detailed reports documenting compliance with project specifications and the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA) standards, supporting Hensel Phelps in achieving a high-performance, airtight building envelope.
