Medical Office Building and Garage

Advanced Construction Testing (ACT) was engaged to provide third-party field water testing services for a new 5-story medical office building and garage in Frisco, Texas.

ACT’s scope included AAMA 501.2 hose spray testing and ASTM E1105 pressurization-based chamber testing of installed glazing systems, supported by a brief testing protocol to confirm locations and procedures prior to fieldwork.

Field observations were documented with notes and photos, and ACT provided a written report summarizing test results and recommendations for follow-up repairs and/or additional testing as needed.
